Learned AGP submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf fo respondent No.2. He also files reply of respondent No.2. 2.

By order dated 10/04/2024 this Court disposed of writ petition filed by the petitioner with directions to respondent No.3 to look into the renewal application of the petitioner and arrive at a decision till 31st May, 2024 and further directed the said decision to be communicated to the petitioner expeditiously. 3.

The renewal application of the petitioner was considered and license was renewed under orders of Tahsildar and the same was communicated to the petitioner through post.

Learned advocate for the petitioner makes a grievance that the said decision was not taken within the time stipulated by this court and the renewal is granted by Tahsildar, which should have been granted by the District Supply Officer. Further grievance is made that in fact the petitioner was entitled for renewal of wholesale license, however his retail license is renewed. 5.

We do not find any merit in the submission of the petitioner. Petitioner is trying to expand the scope of contempt petition. 6.
