The advocates appearing on behalf of both the parties have tendered across the bar compromise terms dated 22.12.2022 signed by all the parties.

This matter was sent to Registrar (Judicial) for the purpose of verification of terms of settlement and for identifying the parties. The Registrar (Judicial) has made his submission dated 22.12.2022 and has confirmed that he has read over and explained the terms of compromise to the parties on 22.12.2022. He further states that he has also checked the attested copies of identity proof of the parties, who have signed the compromise deed. He has also verified the signatures of the parties on the compromise deed.

In view of the above, the compromise deed dated 22.12.2022 is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. The undertaking, if any, made in the compromise deed is to be treated as undertaking given to this Court. 4.

Accordingly, Second Appeal No. 568 of 2018 is decreed in terms of Compromise Deed which is marked as "X". 5.

Decree be drawn up in terms of Compromise Deed dated 22.12.2022, which is marked as "X".

A soft copy of the Compromise Deed at "X" is to be uploaded as second part of this order. Registrar (Judicial) to ensure that hard copy of the Compromise Deed is permanently retained with the Second Appeal, as part of record and is not sent for destruction in ordinary course.

In view of disposal of main second appeal, pending civil application, if any, stands disposed off.
