SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.

DATED :

09.12.2022.

ORDER:- 1.

Learned Counsel Mr. V.C. Patil Ashtekar causes appearance of respondent No.4.

2.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 618 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that delay has not been explained properly. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 618 days stands condoned subject to condition that applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any 3.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
