1] The applicants in both these applications are the original respondent no.4 in the petition. A request is made for either vacating the interim relief granted by this Court on 12.7.2006 or listing the petition for final hearing.

CA 1764/07 with 10792/14 in WP 5029/06 - 2 - 2] I have heard the learned Advocates.

3] Considering the fact that the interim relief was granted in 2006, I find it appropriate to list the petition itself for final hearing on 17.3.2016 rather than considering the request for vacating the interim relief.

4] As such, the civil applications are partly allowed to the extent of granting the early hearing in Writ Petition No.5029/2006, which shall be listed for final hearing on 17.3.2016.
