DATE : 17.03.2025 PER COURT :- Learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions submits that irrespective of the fact that the petitioner is taking exception to the order of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, refusing to concede to his request for a transfer, he is ready to apply again on the basis of the policy regarding couple convenience. Since the portal is still open for the current year, leave may be granted to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply through the portal with a rider that his request may be considered independent of the impugned order.

Since the petitioner is now seeking derive the benefit of policy regarding couple convenience and is ready to apply again, without being influenced by the order under challenge, his request can be considered strictly in accordance with that policy. 3.
