This application is filed praying for direction to the respondent - appellant to bring the present applicant No. 1H on record who was inadvertently left out in the application filed by the appellant for bringing L.Rs. On record. Therefore, these applicants who are the heirs of respondent No. 2 - original claimant have filed this application for adding present applicant No. 1H as respondent No. 2H in the appeal and the applications filed by the appellant.

It is informed by the learned advocate for the applicants that

The appellant in the appeal is therefore directed to carry out necessary amendment and show legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 2 as respondent Nos. 2A to 2H in the appeal and all the applications pending therein filed by the appellant.
