1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] Interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (B) of the civil application subject to the applicant / appellant depositing the entire awarded amount together with interest and costs in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today. If no such deposit is made within eight weeks, this interim relief now granted to stand vacated without further reference to this Court. 3] Civil application for stay is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
