CORAM :

S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND A.I.S. CHEEMA, JJ.

DATED :

23rd March, 2015.

1.

We have heard Mr. Talekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 5. It is submitted by Mr. Deshpande that the petitioner has subsequently resigned and left the job of the present respondents.

2.

Even otherwise, the petitioner is challenging the order of transfer effectuated in the year 2003. This Court, vide order 14.1.2004, by a speaking order, refused interim relief. 3.

In view of the fact that transfer order was also effectuated and the interim relief was refused so also the petitioner has now resigned from the job, nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs. (A.I.S. CHEEMA, J.) (S.V. GANGAPURWALA, J.) fmp/wp2151.03
