By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 1599 days caused in filing Appeal.

The applicant is original claimant in Land Acquisition Reference No.164/2011, that has been decided by Reference Court on 15.06.2019.

Perusal of the application shows that delay is attributed to the administrative reasons.

4.

Although respondent nos.1 to 3 are served with notice of this application, reasons as stated in the application are not controverted by filing affidavit.

5.

In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order:

ORDER

Civil Application is allowed.
