In the first session, the learned Advocate appearing for the respective sides made submissions that the parties in the appeal have arrived at amicable settlement and prepared terms of compromise. The copy of such terms were placed before the Court. Upon such submissions, the parties were relegated to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the terms of compromise and parties thereof. In pursuance of the aforesaid directions, the parties alongwith their Advocates presented themselves before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, who verified the terms of compromise and parties and submitted its report affirming that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and voluntarily admits the recitals of the compromise terms. Further they have signed the compromise terms in presence of respective Advocates. The Registrar (Judicial) of this

(2) fa-863-2018 Court has also verified the identity of the parties based of the documents supplied i.e. Aadhaar Card and identification recorded by the learned Advocates.

The terms of compromise are marked as 'X' for identification. Parties and the learned Advocates re-affirms the contents of the compromise terms and admit that they have complied with their reciprocal obligations as per the terms of compromise and jointly request to dispose of the present First Appeal.

Considering the above, First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise, which is marked as 'X' for identification. 5.

Decree be modified accordingly.
