The learned counsel submits that under order dated 08.01.2019 the matter was remanded back by the State Minister to the S.D.O. for fresh determination. After remand the S.D.O. has not decided the said proceedings.

In case, order of remand is in time, the S.D.O. may take up proceedings as per the order of the remand passed by the State Minister in the Revision filed by the present petitioner in accordance with law, after hearing all parties to the proceeding and the parties interested, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
