Mr. Chalak, the learned counsel for the petitioner holding for Advocate Mr. Talekar, states that, the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. He further states that, the petitioner is present in the Court. 2.

It would also be noticed that, the precipae is filed by the petitioner himself on 17.02.2016 with the Registrar (Judicial) stating that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition.
