Learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondent/State submits that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by giving directions to the District Collector, Osmanabad, Dist. Osmanabad, to decide the application filed by the petitioners within stipulated time.

In the circumstances, we direct the District Collector, Osmanabad, Dist.Osmanabad to decide application filed by the petitioners (Exhibit-B/Page

31) in the month of October, 2015, if

already not decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the receipt of the copy of this order.

Needless to observe that the petitioners to appear before the District Collector, Osmanabad on 21st December, 2018.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in the aforesaid application submitted by the petitioners.
