In Civil Application Nos. 2137 of 2017 and 7946 of 2017, the applicants - original petitioners pray for issuance of notice in marathi Daily Lokmat, Aurangabad Edition so as to serve Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, 7 and 8 in Civil Application No. 2141 of 2017.

Considering the above, Civil Application No. 2137 of 2017 is allowed and the Civil Application No. 7946 of 2017 which is for the same cause is therefore disposed of. Issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5, 7 and 8 in Civil Application No. 2141 of 2017, returnable on 01st September, 2017. 1 / 2

The applicants shall have the said notice published in marathi Daily Lokmat, Aurangabad Edition at least fifteen days prior to the returnable date and shall place a copy of the newspaper on record. 4.
