By the order dated 06-09-2021, the respondents nos. 2 and 3 were directed to collectively deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakh). The Supreme Court by its order dated 05-09-2022 in Civil Appeal no. 6187 of 2022 has set aside this direction regarding payment of costs.

The applicant - original respondent no. 3 now seeks to withdraw that amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Fifty Thousand). The prayer is innocuous.
