FEBRUARY 15, 2024 ORDER :- These applications are for withdrawal of amount deposited by the acquiring body pursuant to the award. The applicants seek withdrawal of the entire amount.

Learned counsel for the respondent - acquiring body places on record a copy of the order dated 04.12.2023 in Civil Application No.8648 of 2023 in F.A. No.2876 of 2023 and submits that in the connected matters, learned single Judge of this Court has permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of the above, present applications are allowed in terms of the following order:- (i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, i.e. 50% amount on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (ii) The applications stand disposed of.
