Heard Mr. Deshmukh the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is a Voter. The reservation policy has not been properly applied for Naigaon Taluka. The petitioner is the Voter of Grampanchayat Shelgaon-Chitri. The base year ought to have been considered as 1995 - 2000. The same has not been resorted to while applying the rotation policy. All the reservations applied from 1995 ought to have been considered. The said exercise has not been done. 2.

We have heard the learned AGP for the Respondents/State.

The petitioner is challenging the decision dated 19.11.2020 only by filing a petition in February -2021. The petitioner did not choose to challenge the said decision till the election for the post of Sarpanch are declared and the elections are held today and on 10.02.2021. The election of some of the post of Sarpanch by now must have already been held.

Even otherwise, the petitioner cannot be said to be an aggrieved person. The present petition is not a Public Interest Litigation.
