The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants has pointed out the order dated 12/07/2021 in CA/4300/2021 in FA/1754/2012 and other connected matters wherein this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
