Learned counsel of the appellant submits that in para 4 of the order dated 6.1.2015 passed by this court, the original claimant in first appeal No. 309 of 2000 is permitted to withdraw the amount of accrued interest. Learned counsel submits that the original claimant in first appeal No. 310 of 2000 may also be permitted to withdraw the amount of accrued interest since first appeal No. 310 of 2000 also came to be disposed of.

In view of the above, in para 4 of the order dated 6.1.2015, following sentence shall be inserted.

"The original claimant in first appeal No. 310 of 2000 is permitted to withdraw the amount of accrued interest." 3.

Motion stands disposed of.
