Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is before this Court seeking directions to the respondent No. 1 - Sub. Divisional Officer, Degloor, Dist. Nanded, to issue

(2) a caste certificate in favour of the petitioner in correct nomenclature namely ' Mannervarlu' .

Learned Counsel invited our attention to the documents placed on record, namely, the earlier caste certificate issued in favour of the petitioner and order passed by Scrutiny Committee, dated 5th December, 2008. Learned Counsel also invited our attention to the order of this Court dated 3rd May, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 4489 of 2018, to submit that the petitioner is identically circumstanced with the petitioner Aresh A. Singanwad.

Learned Counsel also submitted before us that the petitioner is ready to surrender his original tribe certificate to the Sub - Divisional Officer. 5.

In view of aforesaid facts, we see no reason to take different view than the view adopted by the Division Bench of this Court in order dated 3rd May, 2018 and the petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the Sub-Divisional Officer. The Sub-Divisional Officer, after verifying the genuineness of the said certificate, shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of the order of this Court.

(3) Writ Petition is disposed of.
