Seen the orders made by this Court on 12th February 2020, 6th March 2020 and 19th October 2020. In the order dated 12th February 2020 this Court had directed the applicant to give particulars of the allegations. The order includes the kinds of particulars which are required to be given as everything is vague. A submission was also made that the proceeding was filed in this Court in the past also. This Court had observed that it is desirable that

2 Cri.P.I.L. No. 2/2013 the applicant to go to the Court of Judicial Magistrate F.C. with full details of the allegations.
