This is an application for grant of temporary bail for a period of six months on medical ground of the applicant's mother. 2.

The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant's mother, who is around eighty years of age, is suffering from cancer and taking treatment at Bharti Hospital, Pune wherein she is an indoor patient. Both of her sons, including the applicant, are behind the bars. There is nobody to look after his mother, and therefore, sought temporary bail. 1 / 2

We have perused the papers on record. The papers received by the concerned hospital i.e. Bharti Hospital, Pune shows that it is a case of cancer. It is not disputed that the applicant's mother is around eighty years of age.

Learned A.P.P. submits that in the morning he has telephonically confirmed from the concerned police station that the applicant's mother is admitted in the said hospital for treatment.

Considering the above referred aspect, we proceed to pass the following order:-

ORDER

(I) Applicant - Hajiali Dastgir Sayyad be released on bail for a period of one month only on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand).

(II) The applicant shall attend Dhankawadi Police Station, Pune once in a week i.e. on every Monday around 04:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.

(III) Criminal application stands disposed of.
