Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that inadvertently the said order was not noticed and the offce objections were not removed. Learned Counsel has assured this Court that the offce objections will be removed forthwith.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C] subject to costs of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
