Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Other side Counsel has produced copy of decision given by this Court in Writ Petition No.4857 of 2014 dated 01.02.2019. She submits that similar point was involved in the said matter and the point involved is no more res integra.

It appears that this Court had granted interim relief due to which preparation of seniority list, which is a routine

(2) WP No.6900/2014 affair, is stopped. That creates many complications. So, the interim relief is vacated. As per the convenience of learned Counsel for the petitioner the date is fixed for final disposal at admission stage as 4 March 2019. High on board. 4.
