Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.
As the petitioners are identically circumstanced and grievance is also similar in nature, these petitions are taken up for disposal at admission stage.
(6) Respondent No. 4 - Society was in need of employees, such as Peons and Junior Clerks and accordingly, advertisement was published in the local newspapers. We may refer to one of such advertisements in Writ Petition No.2047 of 2019, which is placed on record at Exhibit-D. This was advertisement issued on 30th May, 2014 for post of two peons and one junior clerk.
The petitioners were appointed on 16th June, 2014, 26th November, 2014, 15th June, 2018 and 1st June, 2012 under their respective appointment orders which are also placed on record. The resolution of the society in respect of these appointments is also placed on record. The society - institute i.e. respondent No. 4 through respondent No. 3 - Head Master submitted proposal of all these petitioners on 20th August, 2014, 5th December, 2014, 16th June, 2018 and 8th November, 2017 respectively.
(7) The petitioners have also placed on record the necessary approval granted for the sanctioned staff and tabular statement of teaching and non teaching employees in the year 2014-2015 is also placed on record. This is approved under the signature of Education Officer (Secondary) and copy is forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik as well as Superintendent of Pay Unit.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners was justified in submitting that some of the proposals namely of petitioners - Rajendra Patil, Sandip Desale, Bhatu Patil and Dhanraj Patil are pending since long i.e. 2014 and other proposals in respect of petitioners - Chetan Gangurde and Virendra Solanke are pending since November, 2017 and June, 2018. The anxiety of the petitioners is of early decision of the proposals.

Considering all above referred facts, the petitions are disposed of, with directions to
(8) respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the proposals of these petitioners as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight (8) weeks from the date of this order, needless to state on merits of the proposals.

With these directions, the petitions are disposed of.
