The petitioners have already availed of execution proceedings and an application for attachment of property to recover the unpaid amounts of compensation, is also pending adjudication. By way of a parallel proceeding, a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed in this Court seeking the same relief. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We grant liberty to the petitioner to request the learned executing Court to expedite the execution proceedings considering that the Decree Holders are agriculturists who have lost their lands.
