We direct the Project Implementing Unit, Ahmednagar and Superintending Engineer of the State Public Works Department to sit together and consider the claim of the petitioner as regards removal of encroachment and take appropriate decision including that whether the respondent No. 11 has carried out any illegal construction or encroachment on the high way. Same shall be done expeditiously and in any case within a period of two (02) months from today.

In the light of above, writ petition is disposed of.

It shall be open for the private respondent/respondent No. 11 to the petition to raise his grievance before the said authorities.
