Issue notice to the respondent/State in both the applications. Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the respondent/State in both the applications.

Heard both sides.

Mr. Mukul Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicant in Cri. Application No. 865/2016, on

criapln659-2016-group instructions, submits that the applicant in this application does not want to press prayer regarding stay to the conviction. The submission is accepted. 4.

Considering the fact that short-term sentences are awarded to the present applicants and that those are already suspended by the learned Sessions Judge for a limited period, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended till disposal of the respective criminal appeals.

The fine amount has been already deposited by the present applicants. Both the present applicants be released on bail on their executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) each and also upon furnishing surety each in the like amount. 6.

Both the applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.

Hamdast granted, at the request of learned counsel for the applicants.
