PER COURT :- The order passed by the Tahsildar, Osmanabad dated 29.1.2015 imposing a penalty of amount of Rs.75 lakhs against the petitioner is a matter of challenge, in the instant petition. It is open for the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority and put forth his grievance before the said authority, in respect of order issued by the Tahsildar. Considering pendency of the challenge before us, we direct that, if the petitioner tenders an appropriate appeal, before the Appellate Authority, within a period of four weeks from today, same shall be entertained and decided on its merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of its lodging.
