Heard Mr.Sonawane, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.Dound, learned AGP for the respondent - State. None present for respondent no.2 though duly served.

2] Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to the drought condition and as, even the awarded money was not deposited or paid to the applicants/claimants, the appeals could not be preferred within time.

3] I am satisfied that sufficient reasons are given for the delay. In the circumstances, present applications for condonation of delay are

3 10-crappln5450-12 and ors..odt hereby allowed and disposed of with no order as to costs, on the condition that the applicants/ appellants file an undertaking in this Court within four weeks from the date of this order to the effect that they would not claim the statutory interest for the delayed period in case, the enhancement, if any, is granted in the present appeals.
