This is an application presented by the Municipal Council for extension of time for deposit of amount. The Municipal Council seeks six months' time to deposit the amount, as undertaken at the time of disposal of writ petition. The Municipal Council shall deposit (i) 25% of the amount, out of total compensation arrived at, within two months from today; (ii) 25% amount within four months from today; and (iii) balance amount of 50% shall be deposited at the end of six months from today.

In view of above directions, Civil Application stands disposed of.
