I have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner at length.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has vehemently submitted that as to how the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nasik, has passed the order of interim stay erroneously and the effect thereof.

However, instead of going into the merits of the case, since substantive appeal is pending before the Divisional Joint

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nasik, to dispose of the pending appeal No.A-30 of 2020 within two months from the date of this order. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
