The interlocutory order dated 31/01/2024, passed by Respondent No.1/Additional Collector, Nanded with regard to the releasing of vehicle, is challenged before this Court. The learned A.G.P. submits that the vehicle has been apprehended committing offences for the second time. The main proceedings are pending before the Additional Collector, Nanded.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would pray to Respondent No.1 to decide the Appeal expeditiously, and all contentions of the Petitioner may be kept open, and this Petition can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.1/Additional Collector, Nanded deal with the pending appeal, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 45 days on it's own merits. All the contentions of the litigating parties are kept open.
