By this petition, the petitioner submits that her father, who was working as Safai Kamgar, took voluntary retirement on 30-03-2007. He was a permanent employee. On 15-08-2014, he passed away. The petitioner, who is now married, desires appointment in place of her father, either on compassionate basis or under the recommendations of the Lad-Page Committee, which is famously, called as the "Vashila Padhat".

She further submits that the Municipal Corporation demanded an Heirship Certificate. She has now received the Heirship Certificate from the Competent Court. She has already delivered the Heirship Certificate to the Municipal Corporation.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off expecting respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the request of the applicant/ petitioner in the light of the Heirship Certificate, in terms of the LadPage Committee recommendations or on compassionate basis, as the case may be, on or before 15th May, 2022.
