Both applications are filed for restoration of the appeals which are dismissed for non compliance of order made by this Court. The learned counsel for applicant is heard. The learned counsel for New India Assurance Company is present. The learned counsel for appellants, original claimants submitted that he wants to delete respondent - Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Ltd. from both the matters as no liability is fasten on that respondent. Such permission is granted and the name of respondent - Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Company Ltd. is to be deleted.

In view of these circumstances, the order of dismissal made by this Court is set aside. Matters are restored to original numbers. Other respondents are said to be served. List
