1] It is not disputed that appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of imposing penalty and release of vehicle is pending with second Appellate Authority. 2] In view of that we are not inclined to consider the contention of the petitioner on merit. The Authority where the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending shall take decision upon the said appeal expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Authority where the appeal is pending on 28.02.2022. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
