ORAL ORDER :

Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that the amount shall be deposited within two weeks. The statement made is accepted.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of entire amount in terms of award within 2 weeks from the date of this order. Failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period as per the statement made, interim stay granted stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
