The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed applications U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 with respondent no. 2 and the same are pending since the year - 2016.

The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for all the respondents.

In case, the applications filed by the petitioners U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Page No. 36 to 45), are pending with

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
