The applicant is the original complainant No.16 in Complaint (ULP) No.75/2012. When this petition was preferred by the other complainants, he had not aligned himself with them and as such is left out of the cause title. By this application, he prays to be added as petitioner No.12 since he was one of the original complainants. 2.

The non-applicant/original respondent company has been served by a paper publication in Marathi Dainik Lokmat, Ahmednagar Edition dated 16/01/2016. Yet, no appearance has been caused in the pending petition.

Considering the above, I do not find that any loss or harm would be caused in allowing this application since the applicant was khs/JAN.2017/6980-d

the original complainant No.16 before the Industrial Court. This application is, therefore, allowed. The applicant to be added as petitioner No.12 in the writ petition forthwith. 5.

As a last chance to the respondents, stand over in the supplementary board on 31/01/2017.
