Mr.Syed, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has approached the Respondent No.3 seeking repatriation. The application is given o that effect on 29.12.2016, however, no steps are taken.

Mr.Sharma, learned counsel submits that in case such

representation is pending with the Respondent No.3 then Respondent No.3 would take decision upon it on its own merits. 7.

In case the application/representation is filed by the petitioner and is pending with Respondent No.3 (Exh.F) then the Respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months. The petitioner may represent himself before the Education Officer.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
