ORDER:

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, relying upon the communication issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Deglur, submits that the nomination paper of respondent no.6 could not have been accepted. His election deserves to be set aside. In the alternative, the learned counsel submits that respondent No.7 be directed to decide the validation proceedings, expeditiously.

The petitioner has already filed objection with respondent No.7/ Committee for issuance of validity to respondent no. 6. The petitioner may make request to the committee to that effect. 4.

As election petition is already filed by the petitioner, no orders as sought with regard to election of respondent no.6 can be passed in the writ petition.

We dispose of the writ petition keeping all contentions open. No costs.
