The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the writ petition is disposed of on the premise that the applicant/petitioner is placed on supernumerary post. The applicant/petitioner is not placed on supernumerary post, but show cause notice has been issued to the applicant/petitioner as to why action should not be taken.

In the light of the above, order dated 27th January, 2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 1666 of 2020 is reviewed and recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original position. The civil application is disposed of.
