According to the applicant, amount receivable by the Respondent to the extent of 50% towards back wages, in view of the order passed by this Court in L.P.A. on 05.08.2015, is to the tune of Rs.5,89,584/- and the aforesaid amount has already been deposited by the State Government.

Since the amount has already been deposited, order passed by us on 29.01.2016, shall have no effect. The factum of deposit of amount was not disclosed to this Court at the time of passing order on 29.01.2016.
