This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.2 - Committee to take decision on the proposals tendered by the petitioners seeking verification of the tribe certificates issued to them, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of eight months from today, if the proposals are pending, and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, respondent no.4 - Institution shall not take any coercive action against the petitioners only on the ground of their failure to furnish the validation certificates.
