The applicant is seeking condonation of huge delay of 9944 days. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application. However, this Court vide order dtd.18.10.2022 has already condoned such huge delay in other matters since the learned counsel for the applicants therein was desirous to keep all these matters before the Lok Adalat dated 12.11.2022. As such, the delay of 9944 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period and also for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly. 2.

The appeal, after removal of office objections, be placed before Lok Adalat dated 12.11.2022 along with other matters. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
