The application is filed for anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard.

Learned A.P.P. submitted that some persons are already arrested and police are not considering the present applicant even as a suspect, as on today. She further submitted that at present there should not be any apprehension of his arrest in the said crime. In view of this submission, this Court holds that some protection can be given to the applicant.

If the investigating officer decides to take action

-:(2):- against the applicant in the aforesaid crime 72 hours notice is to be given to him in writing. This period is given to the applicant to approach this Court again for the relief.
