The applicant is seeking transfer of proceeding i.e. Hindu Marriage Petition No.185 of 2014 from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Parbhani, to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalna on the ground of hardship. 2] The hardship pleaded is that the applicant is a lady having two children who are minor. The above referred contention is not controverted as the non applicant though served has not filed any appearance. In view of the above, it is the application deserves to be allowed. In view thereof, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). [N.W. SAMBRE] JUDGE.
