The tribe claim of the petitioners as belonging to 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe is invalidated.

Amonst other submissions, one of the submission of the learned Advocate for the petitioners is that Vaishnavi d/o Dnyanoba Garud is paternal relative of the petitioner. Her claim was invalidated. She filed Writ Petition No. 2531 of 2021. This Court under order dated 9th February, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 2531 of 2021 directed the Committee to issue validity certificate of 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe to her. 3.
The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that there are contra entries, however, the relationship of the petitioners with the paternal relative is not disputed.

We have considered the submissions. This Court under order dated 9th February, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 2531 of 2021 directed the Committee to issue validity certificate to the petitioner therein relying upon the judgment delivered by the Principal Seat in Writ Petition
989-WP-2004-22.odt No. 7406 of 2018 filed by Kunal S/o Jitendra Garud another paternal relative.

In light of the above, we follow the same course and pass the following order.
ORDER
(i) The Committee shall issue the validity certificate to the petitioners of 'Thakur', Scheduled Tribe. (ii) The said validity shall be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceedings reopened of the validity holders relied by the petitioners.
