Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 19.07.2022 passed below Exhibit 10 passed by the District Judge2, Majalgaon, District Beed in Regular Civil Appeal No. 23 of 2015, whereby, the appellate Court observed that the application filed by the petitioner will be decided alongwith the main appeal. 3.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned Appellate Court. The appeal is of the year 2015, therefore, without going into the merit of the matter, the District Judge-2, Majalgaon, District Beed to decide the same within a period of two months from today. 4.
