This application is filed for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by Insurance Company in this Court.

Perused the record. Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel for Insurance Company. 3.

Permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 75% amount out of deposited compensation amount with accrued interest thereon, subject to filing of written undertaking by the

(2) CA No.4765/2018 applicants in this Court within period of eight months from today, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of the appeal. 4.
